This thing happens every year.

Maybe we should have a chapter in National Education on how to hang the Singapore flag properly. Sigh.

    Probably the owner hang it from outside, he was standing on the ledge and looking into his house lah. Or the maid did it. heehee….

    Orientation problem :) Just like some when you tell them left, they go right and vice versa.
