Killer heels
Agyness Deyn, English model and singer, fell down twice while on the runway during Naomi Campbell’s Fashion For Relief-Haiti Show at Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week.
I keep saying that some of the fashion on runway are just not feasible. If the professionals can’t walk a short distance without falling in those heels, I wonder are how the average mortals going to wear it.
In case you are wondering, that’s a Burberry heels.
While some people are criticizing Agyness Deyn, I wonder why nobody questioned the designer of the heels. I must say that I admire how she laugh at herself when on her knees. Her courage to pick herself up after the 2nd fall, remove the heels and carry on with the show deserve a standing ovation. She even tweet about it after the show.
How many of us are able to remain so calm when you fall down on infront of the world?

I’m sure you have seen that video on Youtube of the newscasters laughing at models tripping themselves because of the impossibly tall stilettos. Sometimes I wonder why people would go great length to create heels that are totally unapt for the feet. No offence to late Alenxander McQueen, but 10-inch heels = 10 inches of hell.
Hats off to Agyness Deyn for bumping up the cool meter – she definitely handled it very well!
