i think it’s time to reconsider giving hdb cleaner job to older worker. As it’s a tough job which not many local can perform well. Hdb cleaning face alot of problem,cause you are facing 100 over household, plus their pets (dogs,cats and etc). The execption of young educated singaporean is higher and hdb cleaning is not a job which we can improve productivity by using machine. It’s has to be done manually,not like shopping centre,office,hospital,schools,foodcourt and etc. I think it’s we reconstruct cleaner job to fit our senior citizen.

you guy are talking out that what he saying is wrong, have you guy though about if when you go to the hawker/coffeshop or your lift lobby with drity plate laying around and drity lobby. i believe that some young people will start shouting at the old for the poor job while doing that i believe you guy will forget what the old have did for in the pass.

@Robert, we can only dream of a day when there are no strongholds, no GRCs. Then every candidate will have to work for every vote. But then… That requires as much change in the mentality of the voter as of the politician, yes?

Why are you and me and everyone else paying taxes to pay for this guys’ several thousand dollar per day job? To pay for his geylang visits?
