Shell LEGO Ferrari 150 Italia

OK, LEGO Collectors. The 2nd Shell LEGO Ferrari collectibles will be released tomorrow (10 September 2012). It is going to be the Ferrari 150 Italia. Just in time for the Singapore Grand Prix that is happening from 21 to 23 September.

I’m fortunate to be one of the first few people to get the Shell LEGO Ferrari 150 Italia two days before launch.

The 2011 Scuderia Ferrari F1 car was named the F150° Italia to celebrate 150 years of Italy’s reunification. It was driven by Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa. The LEGO miniature replica is made of 33 individual LEGO bricks and comes with the option to change the livery to either Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa. And like all other Shell LEGO Ferrari collectibles in the series, the Ferrari 150 Italia comes with the smallest pull-back motor ever produced by the LEGO Group to date.

The Shell LEGO Ferrari 150 Italia is available from 10 September, while stocks last. And judging from the popularity of the Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta, is should be sold out pretty soon. You can get it at any Shell station in Singapore at S$5.95 with a minimum fill-up of S$50 of Shell fuels.

Great little F1 Ferrari. Looks like it has to be made with stickers. That’s a little bit of a letdown.
