I was at Sim Lim Square few weeks ago when I notice that they added some signage to the CASE complaint kiosk.
This is much better than what I saw in July when the kiosk was just setup. At least the consumers know where to lodge their complaints.
For the uninitiated, the CASE Registration Counter is located at Sim Lim Square information booth for unhappy shoppers to lodge their complaint. CASE does not have any staff at the counter but the customer service officers at the information booth have all been trained by CASE.
