Space Oddity recorded board the International Space Station.

If I’m not mistaken, this is the first music video that is recorded in Space.

The song is recorded by Canada’s Commander Chris Hadfield on board the International Space Station. This is perhaps the best and coolest music video ever. In fact, I think Chris Hadfield might be the coolest astronaut ever. Check out the videos on Canadian Space Agency YouTube Channel. My favorite video is the 1 where he squeeze out water from a wet cloth in zero gravity.

Oh, also check out the song he wrote with Barenaked Ladies titled I.S.S. (Is Somebody Singing).

Dell Exclusive Store at Funan DigitaLife Mall

Dell Exclusive Store at Funan DigitaLife Mall reopened last week following an intensive make over with a new look that sports a simpler, contemporary yet bolder interior design.

Aimed at creating a more consistent global brand and shopping experience for its customers, the new look takes on a distinctive customer-centric approach, complete with experience suites that allow customers to experience technology as they would in real life. The Funan store is the first Dell Exclusive Store in the world to adopt the company’s new global retail brand guidelines.

The Dell Exclusive Store at Funan is open from 11am to 9pm daily, and measures 1356 square feet in floor space.

OK, mark your calendar. 10 June 2013, 6PM PDT. That’s 11 June 9am Singapore time.

Google Glass rooted to run Ubuntu

We should have seen this coming. During the Google I/O, Google employees demonstrated how you can root Google Glass and install Ubuntu on it. You can even pair your Google Glass with a Bluetooth keyboard and trackpad.

However, the Google employees also hinted that the consumer version of Glass will not be so open and easy to root. Google made it easy to root the Explorer version of Glass so that developers can find new use cases.

Oh, and by the way, rooting your Google Glass will most likely void your warranty.
