I was at Gardens By The Bay few weeks ago when I decided to look for the resident otters. Yes, there is a group of otters living at Gardens By The Bay. Surprise huh?
It took me less than 15 minutes to find a few of them resting on a floating platform. I think there were 5 to 6 of them. There’s also a group of people around the area watching the otters.
Didn’t really get good photos as the sky is turning dark and I can’t use flash.
I heard there is another group of otters at Bishan Park and Punggol Waterway. The NParks had issued an advisory on what to do when you encounter the otters. Hope everyone follows it.
LEGO recently announced 4 new Star Wars buildable figures, Obi-Wan Kenobi, General Grievous, Jango Fett and Clone Commander Cody, at the Star Wars Celebration. These 4 buildable figures will be in the same series as Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker that was announced in February.
I’m not a fan of the buildable figures initially. I prefer to collect the minifigures. But I think General Grievous is going to make me change my mind about the series.
This must be the best looking buildable figure from LEGO ever. The General Grievous buildable figure contains 186 pieces and will retail at US$34.99. All 6 LEGO Star Wars buildable figures will be available later this year in September.

SilkAir recently unveiled a new collection of uniforms for its over 500 cabin crew, embracing a chic new style that embodies its professional image and demonstrates the airline’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the brand remains relevant for the times.
Rolling out on all flights on 15 April 2015, the new one-piece uniform comes in two variations – aqua-blue for junior crew and a plum-red version for senior crew. Both variations of the uniform are accompanied by a dark blue skirt, creating deeper synergies with the image of SilkAir’s parent company, Singapore Airlines.

The latest uniform design marks SilkAir’s fourth uniform change over 26 years. The new uniform collection was created by local fashion designer, Alexandria Chen.
