I have to go thru the trouble to downgrade my firmware from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1 in order to jailbreak it. But it is worth all the effort when I see my new iPod touch screen.
PS: I installed so much apps that some of them are shown on the 2nd page.
As much as I want to keep it unhacked, there are lots of goodies out there if you jailbeak your iPod Touch. The best one got to be google maps. And there are other great apps like dictionary, mail, weather and even MSN. Cool stuff.
I think the PDA makers should sit up and start to worry. This iPod touch is not just a MP3 player. After jailbreaking, it can double as a PDA. I’m so tempted to use my iPod touch to replace my aging Palm TX.
Suddenly I wish I have a iPhone where I can slot in my mobile broadband SIM card and be connected where ever I go. Lets hope I win the Recruit.net – Creative Feedback Challenge (RCFC).
