Bid to Give Charity Auction raised more than $9,000 on day one

Newstead Technologies successfully raised $9,278 for The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund (SPMF) on the first day of the Bid to Give Charity Auction. The two days event was held at Jurong Point Shopping Centre, Main Atrium, Level 1.

A total of 12 laptops were up for bids from just $199 each and the highest bid for the day was at $1,399.
Another 15 units will be up for bids for day two. Participants can look forward to bid for laptops from leading PC brands including Acer, Asus, Dell, Fujitsu, HP, Lenova, Panasonic, Samsung and Toshiba.

Interested participants can register for Bid to Give from 5pm to 6pm tomorrow (7 April 2013) at Jurong Point Shopping Centre, Main Atrium, Level 1.
Update: After 2 days of Bid to Give Charity Auction, Newstead Technologies raised $21,963 for The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund (SPMF). The highest bidder for the Bid to Give Charity Auction was Mock Siow Ping with a bid of $1,849 for the Panasonic Toughbook CF-SX2.
