HTC “Here’s To Change” branding campaign

HTC is kicking off their largest-ever marketing campaign with a series of YouTube video featuring Robert Downey Jr.

Instead of talking about their phones and capabilities, the video playfully highlight the HTC brand and what it mean to people. Like the video said, its anything you want it to be. OK, maybe not Huge Tinfoil Catamaran, Hipster Troll Carwash, Hot Tea Catapult or Hold This Cat. Although I quite like the idea of Hipster Troll Carwash. Anyway, HTC have launched a HTC Generator to auto generate other meanings.
Just in case you don’t know, HTC actually stands for High Tech Computer.
So can Iron Man save HTC? I do hope so. Personally, I think that HTC have been producing great phones. Their latest flagship phone, the HTC One, is in my opinion the best smartphone in the market now. But it is not selling as well as the Korean phone. Maybe this billion dollar branding campaign can Help This Company.
