Club 21's server hacked

Luxury retailer Club 21 revealed that their server was hacked on 19 May. According to the company, only customers who had signed up for the Club 21 Loyalty Programme in Singapore before 1 October 2009 were affected.
Club 21 said that the hackers might have gotten away with some personal information such as Name, Gender, NRIC/Passport number, Date of Birth, Address, Telephone number and Email address. Some customers’ income range and past sales data were also accessed.
Their investigation to date shows that Credit Card information were not compromised. All current membership data and passwords were also safe. Facebook credentials of friends connected to Club 21’s social media platforms via Facebook Connect were not compromised. The attack did not affect the company’s e-commerce sites.
The Singapore Police Force has been notified and is currently investigating. For more info, visit Club 21 website.
