Epson announced recently a long-term global partnership with the 2014 FIA Formula One World Champions, the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team. Epson will become an Official Team Partner of MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS, providing its expertise in the product areas of inkjet printers, scanners, 3LCD projectors and wearables, including smart glasses and health/sports sensing products.
The global partnership also brings together two organizations with a strong commitment to minimizing environmental impact. Epson, for example, aims to achieve a 90% reduction in CO2 emissions versus the environmental impacts of current and future operations by 2050, partially by reducing the environmental impact of its manufacturing processes but also by reducing the impact of its products during use.
The Championship-winning MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS F1 W05 F1 Hybrid car, raced by the team in 2014, was over 30% more fuel efficient than its predecessor and has also delivered real-world benefits in the S 500 Hybrid Plug In and other Mercedes-Benz road cars.

The wait is finally over for The Walking Dead fans. The Walking Dead Season 5 will return on 9 February with more drama and action than ever before.
After the mid-season finale (and the demise of Beth), the second half of Season 5 would take a very different path from the first, with a ton of new characters being introduced. The characters’ emotions get put to the test as they go through the guilt, anger and regret after the death of Beth.
The second part of The Walking Dead Season 5 premieres on Monday, 9 February 2015, 9pm on FOX HD (Singtel TV Ch. 330 / StarHub TV Ch. 505).

Samsung is having an GALAXY Unpacked 2015 event on 1 March 2015. The event is most likely for the unveiling of Samsung’s flagship phone, the Samsung GALAXY S6.
There’s lots of rumours going around about the next Samsung flagship phone. The most interesting rumour is that there will be a curved glass version called GALAXY S Edge.
Well, we will find out on 1 March.

Now this is an interesting gaming notebook. The MSI GT80 Titan Gaming Notebook, the world’s first gaming laptop equipped with a mechanical keyboard.
The red backlight keyboard by SteelSeries and Cherry MX it great to type with. It feels as if you plug in a normal keyboard to your notebook. I love the fact that you can replace the WASD key with metal keys. The Cherry MX Brown Switches provide fast and precise actuation, along with light tactile feedback for comfortable typing.
But the MSI GT80 Titan is not just about the mechanical keyboard. Since this is a gaming notebook, it does have some very impressive specs. Comes with the 4th generation Intel Core i7 Processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M that takes advantage of next-generation NVIDIA Maxwell architecture to deliver great performance, advanced graphics technologies, and improved battery life. All this deliver great beautiful graphics on the 18.4 inch Full HD (1920×1080) display. The GT80 Titan also has a total of 4 SSDs combined with RAID 0 setting, giving users quick boot up speeds and access to the biggest storage capacity at high efficiency levels.
Weighing at 4.5kg and a dimension of 45.6 x 33 x 4.9 cm, I wouldn’t really call the MSI GT80 Titan a notebook. It’s more like a desktop replacement.
The touchpad is positioned on the right side of the keyboard. While the positioning is unique and different from most notebook touchpad, it is worth noting that the touchpad can be switched to become a numpad. This is great if you need to key in lots of numbers. Besides, you’ll most likely be using a gaming mouse with this notebook. So I guess the positioning of the touchpad doesn’t really matter.
When it comes to gaming notebook, most people wouldn’t think of MSI. Well, I guess after the MSI GT80 Titan will change everyone’s impression. The MSI GT80 Titan is now available in Singapore at a recommended retail price of S$5,799.
