We’ve seen many themed runs. But this run actually caught my attention. The You Only Live Once (YOLO) Run is a shirtless run to challenge participants to liberate themselves from their inner insecurities.

The YOLO Run is a 5km stretch that aims to celebrate individuality, diversity and the courage to live life with a pinch of excitement and a whole lot of audacity. The organisers aim to break into the Singapore Book of Records for the most number of shirtless runners at an event.
Now remember, it’s shirtless, not topless. Ladies are encouraged to race in their exclusive YOLO Run sports bra which comes with the race pack. Guys can run shirtless but it is not a must. At the end of the run, there will be a mass yoga session.
Partipants will receive race entitlements worth over a $100. This include Yolo Run Exclusive Race Tee, Yolo Run Race Bag, Yoga Mat, Yolo Run Exclusive Sports Bra for ladies and Yolo Run Exclusive Singlet for men.

Facebook just launched 360 video. Starting from today, you might see some videos that allows you to change the angle you are viewing by dragging.
A cool example is an exclusive 360 experience from the upcoming movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Facebook 360 video will be available on the Web and Android version of Facebook soon. iOS will be available in the coming months.
360 video isn’t something new. YouTube already have this feature for quite some time. But it is good to see that Facebook is adopting 360 video too. Hopefully this will encourage the increase of 360 video. And let’s hope Facebook pages owners create their own 360 videos instead of stealing them from YouTube like they always do.
